Happiness

What is happiness? i don think i'm happy, if not i wont have this question. am i too burden by my study? really sometime i'm feeling suffocated by it. if there's stress, is there happiness? can stress and happiness co-exist at the same time? if i sow tear, am i going to reap joy? our bodies is the temple of the Holy Spirit, one of the function i believe is it has immune system. just like physical body, the immune system develops antigen to certain diseases after being attacked by them. during vaccination, wad actually injected to our bodies is not drug but the bacteria that causes the diseases. similarly, our bodies can therefore develop antigen to stress after being attacked by much stress. the Holy Spirit plays a very important part in this as a result. The stronger the Holy Spirit the stronger will be the immune system. understanding the Holy Spirit is the crucial point. it is elusive, cannot be controlled, it is freedom and it has power. it is not simple, it is picky, it chooses exactly the bodies it wants to associate with and it leaves instantly when being offended. it only attracts to purity, meekness and sacrifice. happiness is the by product of stress and divided into two types. constructive happiness and destructive happiness. constructive happiness gives us vision and dream which motivates us to progress in our life. whereas destructive happiness is a lie, is temporary, is usually short and confuse us and delay our progress in life. we have to listen very carefully to the voice of the Holy Spirit inorder to have constuctive happiness.... kk, that's all for my thesis, think will be my new style of blogging.

Happiness is tearing in joy.
